ReviewHero helps businesses collect reviews by sending follow-up requests to their customers. This policy explains how we handle data.
Information we collect
Business owners provide their business details and customer contact information (name, phone, email). We also log message events (sent, opened, clicked) to manage follow-ups.
How we use data
We use contact information solely to send review requests on behalf of the business, and to stop follow-ups once a customer opens the review link. We never sell data.
No review gating
Every recipient sees all of a business’s public review options. We never filter or pre-screen review links based on sentiment or feedback.
Opt out
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP or clicking the opt-out link. Suppressed contacts receive no further messages.
Data retention
Businesses may delete their contacts and request records at any time. Account deletion removes associated data.
