By using ReviewHero, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may only send review requests to customers who have consented to be contacted. You must not use ReviewHero to send unsolicited messages, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly.

No review gating

ReviewHero does not support review gating or sentiment-based filtering. All public review options are shown to every recipient. Using the service to manipulate reviews may result in account termination.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts; trials downgrade to the Starter tier when they expire unless a paid plan is selected.

SMS

SMS sending is not yet available. Email review requests are fully functional from signup.

Liability

ReviewHero is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost reviews, delivery failures, or third-party platform policies.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
